Investigate a stale callback after rerender
Complete a task or diagnose a specific problem.
1. Check the user/renderer and active-page identity before resolving the callback. A callback ID without its ownership context is insufficient.
2. Inspect callback-table replacement and markup delivery order. The shell must not keep addressing registrations from an old component tree.
3. Reproduce across a page transition and a duplicate connection. Apply the isolation contract before adding retries that might invoke a callback twice.
